Here’s a little anonymous peek into a Curves Boudoir home studio boudoir session. These sessions have quickly become one of my favorites to shoot. Clients come into my home where I love making them feel welcome and comfortable. My incredibly sweet and talented makeup artist, Theresa Little, comes to the house and glams up the client while they enjoy a mimosa. I love chatting with clients about their session and their lives. We love chatting about family, husbands, boyfriends, how you met, your wedding day and on and on. And okay, sometimes we talk about our favorite TV shows and whatever else is on our mind. Honestly, this girl chat is half the reason I love photographing boudoir sessions. My clients are such great women – strong, smart, and of course beautiful inside and out. I get to meet and work with people I might never otherwise get to know and that’s a pretty incredible thing.

Here’s a look at what a home studio boudoir session looks like. The furnishings are modern, light, airy and warm. The light is natural and the posing options include a bed, lots of chairs, a hardwood floor and a few ottomans. And the collection of pillows, blankets and backdrops is always growing.

I have home studio sessions available this fall on Thursdays and I would love to have you over, get to know you better and take some beautiful photos. Email me at [email protected] to chat with me more about scheduling a a boudoir session.
